Candidate screening

PPR will carry out the following checks on all candidates for your peace of mind.

Employment History
A full CV is obtained from every Candidate. This must include a full employment history with any gaps between employment fully explained and justified

Qualifications
All Qualifications are verified at source

References
Where possible, we obtain professional references to cover the last five year period. At minimum, the three most recent professional references are directly obtained and/or verified

Professional Registration
We obtain written proof of registration with the relevant professional body. (e.g. RPSGB)

Verification of Identity
From either Passport, identity card, Visa, etc

Immigration Status
We obtain where appropriate, verification of the Candidate's ‘Right to Work in the UK.
